belonging matters

AATA (African American Trucking Association) is more than an organization — it’s a family-style brotherhood and sisterhood built for drivers who want connection, respect, and community beyond the road.

We’re creating a space where drivers can plug into people who understand the lifestyle — the long hours, the sacrifice, the pride, and the purpose. Through regional meetups, cookouts, family days, wellness challenges, and networking brunches, AATA brings drivers together to build real relationships, support systems, and opportunities.

AATA also exists to honor and elevate Black history in trucking — celebrating the pioneers, legacy drivers, and today’s influencers who are shaping the culture and opening doors for the next generation.

If you’re looking for a community that feels like home, pushes you forward, and recognizes the impact you make every day, you belong here.

Join AATA.
